- Professional advisors - accountants, lawyers, and auditors where necessary for legal compliance.
- Law enforcement - if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.
9. International Data Transfers
Our servers and some of our third-party service providers (e.g., Google, Vercel) are located outside India, including in the United States. When we transfer your personal data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

- SEO Audit reports - generated on-the-fly and not stored on our servers after delivery.
- Legal and accounting records - retained as required by applicable law (typically 7–10 years in India).
When personal data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
